District Conference Convenor, Marty O'Fee, writes to RCW members to promote this year's District 9940 Conference in Wanganui.

"We have a fantastic line up of key note speakers from Doctor Matthew Varghese from Delhi India to Peter Boshier, New Zealand’s principal family court judge, to name just a few. They will share their experiences with us on matters nationally and internationally.

The entertainment for the Saturday evening will be Rodger Fox big band combined with the Wellington band, The Beat Girls. This combination will be simply outstanding - so come dressed as young @ heart memories from your heyday and your club can be in for a fantastic prize for your efforts.

We will top the night off with that wonderful after diner speaker, Tom Scott who will thrill us with his political stories and experiences as well as some fantastic art work which he is renowned for. We will be auctioning these on the night – so bring your wallets to take advantage of a once in a life time opportunity to own a piece of his infamous works.

To top it off we have a partners programme available that covers some wonderful world class art and cultural events.

The organising committee have put together a wonderful programme but we need your help to make this a success for all.

I urge you and your club members to go to the website www.rotaryconference.org.nz and register before the early bird deadline expires.

DG Bob and Margaret would love to see and host you in Wanganui for his conference and I am certain you won’t be disappointed.

Warmest regards
Marty O’Fee
