Campbell Hepburn

Campbell Hepburn of the Johnson Group was inducted into RCW at Luncheon today and has been assigned to the Vocational Committee. Campbell’s membership was proposed by Grant Uridge, and he was inducted by Russ Ballard.

After completing his schooling at Newlands College, Campbell spent time overseas and in the South Island before embarking on a career in the recruitment industry. Following a successful stint at Hudson Global, he completed the Hillary Leadership Programme and later joined the Johnson Group in 2008.

Amongst RCW members, the Johnson Group is well known as strong supporters of the club's Skilled Migrant Programme. Campbell was a key member of the Johnson Group team that made the finals for the 2009 Equal Employment Opportunities (EEO) Trust - Work and Life Awards.

Since joining the Johnson Group, Campbell has been appointed Managing Director and has overseen the company’s expansion to legal, technical and executive search functions. He also recently oversaw the move to new premises.
